At Hudson Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile glassware and ceramics are securely padded to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
